By accessing Zipply Academy at zipplyio.com or creating an academy account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Platform use
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for content published on your academy
- You may not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
Zipply Academyis provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
